Support and Education Anywhere and Anytime — AGI SureTrack LEARN

The AGI SureTrack training team has quickly become the go-to resource for learning, development and training. As the SureTrack team continues to expand, develop and serve customers, the SureTrack training team is working to streamline training and information through a newly launched Learning Management System (LMS) tool called SureTrack LEARN.

To bring the new training goals together: facilitating a new LMS software launch and compiling resources from across the company, a training team was hired. Led by Randy Koch with Jessica Bingerman and Jeramy Higgins supporting the mission, all three members joined the SureTrack team in 2021. LEARN is also a new team player! The resource is the one stop shop to bridge learning gaps between departments, facilitate efficient communication and serve as an informational hub.

 “We were looking for something that was easy to use for our consumers and a one stop to find all their information,” Higgins says.

The LEARN system allows for the AGI training team to also receive feedback from customers and industry partners as well.

“We’re excited that this particular LMS system will not only help us internally, but externally as well,” Koch says of the internal and external connection the LMS will provide for SureTrack, allowing both groups access to information both when and where they need it on any internet enabled device.

“We are hoping that LEARN becomes a quick go-to resource similar to YouTube or Google,” Koch says. “Our library is going to keep growing with content and resources, that we breakup into user friendly, digestible pieces of information.”

For Bingerman who came from the SureTrack installation team where she worked with producers daily, says that of the customers she talked with, their biggest interest was learning the different components of their purchased systems.  

“From a training perspective, we’re really just trying to get all the information out for our different customer sectors including CMC, Farmobile and Compass,” Higgins says.

In the LEARN system, new trainings and product resources can be added daily. But like any project manager, Koch says the list of additions continues to grow and develop.

“It’s an awesome problem to have in terms of making sure we have plenty of content,” Koch says. “Again, we want our customers whether they are internally or externally to have the right resources to do what they need to get done on a day-to-day basis.”

October 29^th the LEARN system was officially launched to external customers, following an internal launch at the beginning of October. The process, from onboarding an LMS and three new team members to being fully launched has taken about seven months – an expedited process for a seasoned team, an amazing feat of hard work and collaboration from a newly formed team!

Koch credits much of the speed in which the team was able to launch the resource to the vast compilation of resources already on hand within each department.
